Once you have a lead, you need to immediately establish a trust relationship. You need to respond quickly with a thank you. It would also be nice to have an on going communication to offer other content and information as a way to establish trust and credibility. What if they respond to a link in an email requesting more information?

All this can be accomplished without the need of human interaction. This is accomplished by automation scripts that tag any call to action, and auto-respond to a form or link. We develop a Marketing Automation Process (MAP) that graphically displays the process in which a lead is captured and the different paths the lead will follow depending on the CTA (Call to Action).

This will be your road map to lead acquisition, follow-up, conversion to sale, customer satisfaction, and retention. It is the customer life cycle for your business. This phase begins after lead acquisition, and is what happens after a lead is captured. Auto respond emails are created and entered into the system, script actions are configured to cover every scenario in you MAP. Once it is time to set up an appointment, or call, an email notification can be sent to a pre-determined address notifying the ESI team that it is time to call on the prospect.
